I am Tony McQuay, 27 year old Born April 16th 90 in the beautiful city of West Palm Beach fl.
I began to develop a passion for Track & Field as young child watching my mom always screaming at the TV during Olympic and World Championship games. My mother was a Track star in college and Head coach of the Girl’s Track teams at Brandon High School and Wellington High.
My fondest memory would be the moment I stood on the podium at the 2013 World Championships I Moscow, Russia as the World’s Silver Medalist in the Men’s 400m. It was that moment I knew all my training was paying off and it was now time to step it up another notch in quest for the individual Gold.
My son Eli is who motivates me the most; as well as my family.
I believe in competing and training at my best and Prime Elite Team is the best.
I plan on continuing to excel on the Track and in the gym.
Intra-Elite. I love the decreased recovery time especially when coming back to training from a long off-season. With the shorten times I’m able to get more out of a training session.
I don’t have a cheat meal. LOL
I don’t have favorite songs. I have favorite artists them being Kendrick Lamar, Kodak Black, and Future.
Love for one another. If we could all learn that life is simply about Loving one another we all would be blessed to see eternal life.
Olympic Gold and Silver Medals at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Games. As well as World Championship Gold and Silver Medals in the 2013,2015, and 2017 games, becoming the US Men’s 400m Champion in 2011, 2012 NCAA 400m Champion, and anchoring The University of Florida Men’s 4x400m Relay to 2012 Champions.
