Is there any way for me to earn extra sales?

There are currently two ways to earn “sales” to level up faster.  The first is for store referrals. If you speak with a store owner and they are interested in picking up the Prime Nutrition products, you may email their information to TeamPrime@PrimenNutrition.com. Once our sales department reaches out and closes the sale, you will receive 10 sales towards your total.

The second way to earn sales is to provide content that can be used for the website. This can be anything from a recipe, an article, or video as examples. When you submit this via email to TeamPrime@PrimeNutrition.comand and it is approved, you will receive 3 additional sales towards your total.

Opportunities will come up at random times to earn extra sales and you will be notified of this via email, so always make sure you’re checking for emails from us for updates!

 I have friends that are first responders and rather use the military code over my 15% off code. Is there a way to get credit if I referred them?

Yes. Email them your link to get credit for the sale.

 I have friends that see 20% off promotion codes. Can codes be stacked?

No, codes can not be stacked.

Please have your friend use your link to get credit for the sale.

 How do I track my sales?

Log into https://www.affiliatly.com/af-104645/affiliate.panel and login with your email and password to track your sales. Remember, you must apply on JoinTeamPrime.com first and become accepted before going to Affiliately.

 When will I know when I make the next Prime Level?

You will be notified via email when you’ve reached the next level. In that email you will be asked for your product & apparel of choice if applicable.

 How soon after a sale, is it credited to my total sales?

Once a sale goes through, it is immediately credited towards your name. If you are receiving credit through manual addition, it will take 1-3 days to process. This would be any military codes used, referrals, etc.

 Can the same person use my code more than once?

Yes! We encourage returning customers. Any one person can use your code or link as many times as they’d like.

 When I reach the next level, do my sales start over or do they continue?

Your total sales will continue, there is no “starting over”. Sales continue to add up helping you reach the next level and so on.

 What not to post and why?

The key point to remember is by joining Team Prime you represent the Prime Brand, both in person and on social media. Please be mindful off this.

Please do not post racial content, excessive foul language, verbal attacks toward other brands/affiliates/persons, nudity, criminal activity, anything that may you have to question if you can post you probably should not post. Remember you are representing the Brand and in that you should be as professional and responsible as possible.  How do I level up?

The key concept of the Team Prime program is educating potential customers about Prime Nutrition product, motivating them about fitness and nutrition, and sending them to the website to use your discount code or link so you get credit for teaching them about the brand and products. You level up by increasing the number of people who use your discount code or personal link to try the Prime Nutrition brand.

 How long does my link stay active for?

Someone who clicks your link will be “cookied.” This means any sale made within a 30 day period of clicking your link will be added to your sales record. For example, if someone clicks your link and then purchases a week later, this sale will still be tracked to your account and you will get the credit.

 Why haven’t I leveled up?

What can I do to leveled up?

Create content. Teach people about Prime Nutrition products and health/fitness in general. Prime Nutrition gives you the reason to speak up and discuss products and living a healthy lifestyle. Talk to new people at the gym or at your workplace. You are a voice for the company and building Team Prime into something bigger and better. Be confident. Take action.

Wholesale accounts?

If you refer a wholesale account that buys you will be credited with 10 sales, so if you love your favorite store or gym and want them to carry Prime Nutrition products talk to them and send them our way! Also please send an email about your potential referral to TeamPrime@PrimeNutrition.com

Can my wife/girlfriend/sister/brother/mother/father use my exclusive personal discount code?

– No. This code is exclusively for you.

How long does it take to see sales updates?

Generally, this happens within 24 hours of the sale.. You will also be notified of an email of a new sale.

How long will it take to receive an email or phone inquiry response?

We will try to respond before close of business the same day if possible, if not within 48 hours hours you will receive a reply even if it is letting you know we need more time. Please email TeamPrime@PrimeNutrition.com with all inquiries.
